Teambuilding

  • Minimum Participants: 8

  • $5 per participant for up to a 3-Hour Session

Our teambuilding course is a great way for groups to play and learn together.  Our trained facilitators will lead your group through some challenges that are designed to produce group discussion that can be applicable to life and establishing group cohesion.  Challenges vary from low efforts (such as tossing a ball back and forth) to more intense (getting a group over an 8ft wall).  However, many of our initiative games are adaptable and we have a variety of activities available which can be selected based on the groups desired preferences.  All activities are typically followed up with a debrief/discussion as a way for the group to learn and grow from the experience.  Here are some tracks that you can ask about to help prepare your group:

  • FORMATION TRACK: for groups that just met and are getting to know each other

  • TEAM TRACK: for groups wishing to improve on their cooperation and communication

  • TRUST TRACK: a more intense directive which tackles deep conversations and harder challenges

  • FAITH TRACK: explores and discusses spiritual topics concerning Christian communities and personal faith

  • EXPLORING PERSONALITIES: looking at personal traits within individuals and exploring how they relate to others

  • COOPERATIVE GAMES:  for younger participants who are not ready for deep discussion and are learning rules/boundaries
